Moodle is being upgraded: Roadshow and drop-ins for staff and students
Moodle will be upgraded to version 4.1 between 9.30am on Monday 18th December and midday on Tuesday 19th December 2023
This new version of Moodle brings with it lots of improvements to the layout of the ‘Dashboard’ and ‘My Modules’ pages when you first login, and to your module site pages. The biggest improvement in this upgrade relate to the look and feel of Moodle, such as the colours and position of the menus and buttons you will use.
The Learning Technology Team will be available to support both staff and students with the improvements to Moodle. Please see below for the planned training sessions and drop-in opportunities.

Drop in at any of the locations between 11am and 1pm:
- C Floor Corridor, Portland Building, University Park: 27th November, 4th December, 16th January, 30th January
- B Floor foyer, Medical School: 28th November, 5th December, 15th January, 29th January.
- Student Hub, Sutton Bonington: 29th November, 6th December, 17th January, 31st January
- Exchange Building foyer, Jubilee Campus: 30th November, 7th December, 18th January, 1st February
