I’ve exhibited artwork at Whitechapel Gallery, London Design Week, Edinburgh Fringe, Brighton Fringe, Sweden, Lisbon, and most recently Denver, Colorado.
What excites you about learning technology?
Empowering educators and students to aquire digital skills.
Do you have any top tips for our users?
Yes – become a resiliant digital adventurer. Think up an exciting concept? Search out tools. Don’t know how to use something? Find resources and try. Encounter an issue? Ask the community. Dead ends may waste time, but still enhance your capability to better solve the next challenge.
What do you think will be the most important thing in learning technology at the University of Nottingham this next year?
As can be said for most businesses, how the education sector responds to AI will probably represent a paradigm shift and massive increase in productivity. Learning technology (the topic) will likely see a growth of AI-powered tools, and Learning Technologies (the team) is part of the institutional response.
What have you learned recently?
Mainly AI and blockchain topics. Both have significant societal risk and reward.
