National Accessibility Conference: Call for Expressions of Interest
The University of Nottingham is planning on hosting a conference in the summer on the broad theme of digital accessibility. We’d like to create an opportunity for those of us involved in this area to come together to share experiences. We are working through our own digital accessibility programme at the moment, and we know that achieving real, lasting change is tough. We know that digital accessibility is a real challenge for the sector, and we know that institutions are all involved in this journey in one way or another. Maybe you are just starting out? Maybe you’ve cracked it?
This is an initial announcement to gauge interest: if you would be interested in joining us as either a delegate or a speaker, please complete this form and let us know. We intend the event to be free of charge, face-to-face, and on 29th June.
The event will be of interest to senior leaders, faculty leadership, learning technologists, project and programme managers, content developers, digital learning leads, professional development staff, learning systems teams, student experience teams, disability support services, those concerned with EDI, legal services and everyone across the institution concerned with digital accessibility and achieving real, lasting change.
Please register your interest and feel free to share widely with colleagues across your institutions.
