Chairman visits to award certification

On 4 November Paul Rogers, Chairman of the SDI, (Service Desk Institute) visited King’s Meadow Campus to present the certification to our IT Service desk.

At the time of award, University of Nottingham IT Service Desk is one of only four Universities in the UK to achieve SDI certification. SDI is a worldwide professional body for those working in the IT service and support industry. It sets global best practice for service desks based on measurable benchmarks for both operations and professionals.
