Students help design IT Services website

Student IT Support (SITS) tutors  took part in a focus group with staff from Information Services to help us understand how students approach using the University’s IT webpages. Staff from the IS Engagement and Communications team are redesigning the current University IT website with a particular focus on providing the information students need in an easy to navigate set of webpages. The SITS have provided valuable input into the initial research phase of the website re-design project.

Working in small groups the SITS tutors reviewed the existing set of IT web pages and created their own version of how the pages should be organised. Below are the three suggested web layouts the they came up with which will contribute to the final IT Services website navigation.
