Reading Well @ UoN Libraries: Books and resources to improve your health and wellbeing
Libraries have worked with colleagues across the University to create a new reading list of books and resources to help improve health and wellbeing.
We’ve produced the Reading Well@UoN Libraries reading list with the help of:
The starting point for this list was the former Books on Prescription service which was created some years ago and had become out of date. Buying ebooks where possible, the collection has now been updated and expanded. Arranged by topic, the list includes a wide range of books and online resources. Topics include anxiety, assertiveness, body image, long term conditions, relationships and wellbeing.
We hope staff and students will use the resource to stay happy and healthy as they study.
