Cost of a degree: Malaysia looks good?

I know that UNMC are sometimes thought of as an expensive option (I like to think that it is value for money) when studying for a degree in Malaysia. The Independent (a UK newspaper) suggests that the true cost of doing a degree in the UK is about £100,000. See the article here.
