On trial: Archives of Latin American and Caribbean History

We currently have trial access to the Archives of Latin America and Caribbean History, Sixteenth to Twentieth Century from Gale.

The Archives, curated by an advisory board of experts in Latin American studies, unlock previously inaccessible primary source documents from libraries around the world.

They provide a comprehensive range of content for the region, providing research opportunities across the humanities both for current issues and events in Latin America and the Caribbean as well as for historical perspective back to the colonial period, including the indigenous peoples of the region, the Conquest (la Conquista), colonial rule, religion, struggles for independence, and political economic, and social progress and issues in newly independent nations.

The trial runs until Wednesday 20 December.

Do let us know what you think. Please send your feedback to the Libraries Collections team.
