Faculty of Engineering Employer Appreciation Awards

I was very pleased, and honored, to recently (08 Dec 2014) be asked to say a few words about UNMC research as one of the opening speakers at the Faculty of Engineering Employer Appreciation Awards.

Collaboration with employers is very important for UNMC, particularly in Engineering, where we are required to work with external partners for reasons of accreditation. Of course, it is a good idea anyway as it develops our students, as well as opening up their career opportunities.

I thought that I would just do a quick post now to thank the Faculty of Engineering to allow me to promote UNMC Research, and I hope that the Faculty will post more details about the individual awards that were presented.
