Raising Capital: Where to Find It, How to Secure It, and Tips on What to Avoid

Computing and the Law is a very nice series of podcasts from the IEEE Computer Society, which looks at various legal issues. Specifically, the podcasts are delivered by Computer, the flagship publication of the IEEE Computer Society.

The podcasts are USA centric and tend to (not surprisingly) focus on computing, but I think they are broad enough to warrant wider dissemination.

In this post, we look at Raising Capital: Where to Find It, How to Secure It, and Tips on What to Avoid

This podcast is based on the following article:

Gaff B.M. and Kimball R.N. and Hanson J.M. (2012) Raising Capital: Where to Find It, How to Secure It, and Tips on What to Avoid, Computer, 45(7):11-13 (DOI: 10.1109/MC.2012.240)

If you want to see all the posts in this series, we have tagged them with Computing and the Law. There is also a general Legal category in this blog, where we discuss legal issues in the more broader sense.
