Student Services Roadshows
Student Services Roadshows took place on the week commencing 22 February, with two events on the Monday, and one on Friday 26 February. The events were open to all APM 1-4 staff hoping to join the new Student Services team or External Relations, and were attended by over 300 colleagues.
The purpose of these roadshows was to provide colleagues with an introduction to the new Student Services team and the new ways of working. The sessions were led by Chris Hulse, Director of Student Services; Clare Gough, Director of Service Development; and Alex Wright, Change and Culture Lead. They also featured a demo of Campus Solutions presented by Rebecca Disney-Scott, Head of Student Services Jubilee, and a demo of MyNottingham presented by Charlotte Owen, Student Experience Specialist. Finally, attendees had a chance to meet their new management teams, to network and to ask any questions that they might have had, as well as to learn more about the details around some of the new ways of working.
