Staff Briefing Events

Staff briefing events took place across our UK campuses from Monday 16 – Friday 27 May. These events were a chance for all staff across the University to find out more about the upcoming changes to Student Services. A lecture capture of one of the sessions is now available to view for any staff who may not have been able to attend an event in person.

The events were hosted by Breda Walls, Chris Hulse, Clare Gough and a Faculty Pro-Vice-Chancellor or one of their representatives. They consisted of a presentation, a demo of MyNottingham, a demo of Campus Solutions and a question and answers session. The presentation is available to view on the University website and the lecture capture can be viewed below:

Due to the popularity of these sessions there will be a second round of staff briefing events taking place throughout July. These events will be open to all staff and the dates and locations can be found below:

Please note that the above times and locations are currently subject to change. Please check back here prior to your event to ensure that you have the correct time and location. If you can’t make a session hosted by your Faculty, or if you are a member of staff in Professional Services, you are welcome to join any event that is convenient for you. These events will be a useful opportunity for colleagues to remain up-to-date with progress in Student Services, and all colleagues are encouraged to attend an event of their choosing.
