I have received Cascade funding from the Alumni to develop an exciting new extra-curricular initiative for student nurses. I am fortunate to be able to work with Debbie Pittaway, a really enthusiastic and wise colleague at Birmingham City University. Our blog will unpack the journey in creating and managing a virtual exchange between student nurses at Nottingham and Birmingham City Universities. We will swap our experiences of virtual teaching and learning in the East and West Midlands. Although only separated by the M1 and M42 motorways, we anticipate some really interesting contrasts and comparisons. Dr Fern Todhunter
