100 Posts and Counting

Since launching this blog in October 2012 this post will mark the 100th post. When the blog was started we were a little worried that we would not have enough to say about the Research and Knowledge Transfer at UNMC, as well as commenting on the wider University work, as well as other things that might be of interest. In fact, we have had no such problems (yet!) and we have averaged about a post every working day.

At the moment we have a few posts scheduled for the next few days, and a few in development, but we are always on the lookout for more research and knowledge transfer stories, your successes, your views, pointers to interesting items at Nottingham, or on the internet in general.

We would also encourage you to comment on the posts, if you hold a view – or just want to provide more detail, or have some related information.

We would also welcome anybody to write their own posts for this blog. At the moment it is written by the Research Support Office, but we would welcome other authors to give their views and disseminate information.

Of course, if you have anything that you think might be of interest, let us know. We need all the details that you want to get across and we also need a picture that we can use (as a “featured image” to use the blog jargon). Many of the blog posts have come via this route and they are the life blood of the blog as it really does show what is going on at UNMC. We could do with much more of these type of posts.

Finally, thank you to the many supportive comments that we have received about the blog. I hope that all of you find at least some of the posts of interest and that you are able to get information which is probably not available through any other route.
