The importance of being interdisciplinary

We are focusing today on the importance of being interdisciplinary. This episode of the The Things That Made Us looks at why it is so important that we study across subjects. We are committed to this type of work in Liberal Arts. We want you to work across disciplines because we think it gives you a broader set of skills and ideas.

We also think that interdisciplinary work is where the interesting things happen. It is where innovative and change occurs. This is because we don’t tend to be bound by one way of working. Within interdisciplinary studies we can always do something different. We can challenge existing ideas. We can argue for a different world. Interdisciplinary is important!
