I was intrigued, so ventured in. Turns out it’s an amazing student exhibition – you should go and have a look. Design at Nottingham is the degree show for final year students on the Product Design and Manufacture Course in the Department of Mechanical, Materials and Manufacturing Engineering. Designs exhibited include a paintball gun, a vacuum cleaner for cars, a dive computer which aids underwater communication and improved chairs for economy class passengers on aeroplanes.

I snapped some of the stands, but you really should go and have a look yourself.
