GoLive 2 system walkthroughs
During the week commencing 17 August, we hosted some walkthroughs of the new software and processes with colleagues who were identified as being potential users of the GoLive 2 solution. The purpose of these walkthroughs was to give staff an idea of what they can expect from the new system and to answer their questions about its functionalities. We recognise that many staff would have been on annual leave during this period, and those who were in attendance may wish to revisit these walkthroughs. With that in mind, they are now available to watch online at the links below.
The walkthrough programme was split into CRM and Admissions processes – the two components of GoLive 2. For Admissions (where there are slightly more personalised processes for different Schools and Departments) there were two sessions – one aimed at staff dealing with end-to-end processes (namely central Admissions and colleagues working in Medicine) and one aimed at Schools that employ additional selection methods. Each of these walkthroughs can be viewed via the links below. You will need your University username and password in order to view the videos.

Please note that these sessions are not intended as training, nor are they a suitable substitute for training. However, they do act as a useful introduction to the system, providing some insight into its design and functionality, and are a valuable preliminary resource material for those who plan to attend training.
