A Vote for Kahoot

Venerable classroom classic Kahoot receives a vote of confidence from Louise Thompson. It’s web based system for users to log in via their mobile devices and participate in multiple choice quizes and votes, which is nothing revolutionary or unique, but the quirkey music and excellent usability has made Kahoot a popular choice. More than a gimmick, these kind of apps can break the ice, indicate class uptake, and motivate students.
