Building Works Well Under Way!
As it’s pretty nigh on impossible to have missed, you would have noticed the various building works being carried out in the School of Chemistry, but we wanted to share with you a couple of pictures of the works being carried out.
It started with the toilets near the lecture theatres, which are now re-opened.
We’ve got a brand spanking new teaching laboratory for our undergraduate students, which will be completed by the end of September. -Last weekend saw the floor screed completed, followed by the first installation of the first batch of fume cupboards. The work on a new synthetic research laboratory will commence this week on C floor together with the refurbishment of A2 -A6 which will serve as an analytical centre in the School of Chemistry.
