Accenture – High Performance Prize

Our annual Celebration Event is scheduled for Monday 9 June 2014.  If you have successfully completed the Award by earning 30 credits or have been shortlisted for one of the Employer-Supported Prizes, you will be invited to the event.

There are several top employers who are sponsoring prizes this year, along with the Vice- Chancellor’s Prize.  Prize winners will receive awards such as lunch with the vice president of the company, an internship position, a session with a career coach, or various vouchers and give-aways.

This week we would like to feature the Accenture – High Performance Prize. The statement and information below was sent to us by Accenture to promote their prize.

Accenture is in business to help our clients achieve higher performance. It’s why we’re recognised as one of the leading management consulting, technology services and outsourcing companies in the world today. We’re looking for the brightest students who have a strong interest in technology and good commercial awareness. We’re keen to support the Nottingham Advantage Award and engage with a number of motivated students, providing skills that enhance their employability and bring in more talent to our Analyst Consulting Group graduate scheme.

What are we looking for in your application?
We’re looking for evidence that you have exhibited high performance throughout your Award activity. We want you to tell us how you have exceeded your own personal expectations, and gone above and beyond what was expected of you.

  • set yourself personal goals and achieved or exceeded them
  • excelled and gone above and beyond someone else’s expectations
  • been part of a winning team
  • gone that extra step to make sure that your Award activity has been the best it possibly can be

What is the prize?
£200

To apply for this prize you must have achieved at least 300 UCAS points and be averaging a 2:1. The nomination form should be emailed to nottingham-advantage-award@nottingham.ac.uk by 5pm on the 21 February 2014.
