i’ve been working in a creepy place this semester

Hello people!

Technically, there’s only 1 week left before the start of the holidays for most university students. But since I’m a Medic, my holidays are only going to begin in the next 2 weeks. Yeap, 23rd of December 2011 will be the official last day for all 3rd Year Medics. Well, I do have some friends who have already gone home and enjoying their time with their loved ones. That’s because they have completed their research projects and all that’s left to do is to write up about it. How lucky!

Me on the other hand, still have to go to the lab to make sure I have enough results to talk about in my dissertation (project report). So, I went to the lab during the weekends just because there are not many people around during that time and thus, I can use a lot of the machines without having to wait in long queues.

But I have to say, it is a bit creepy when there aren’t many people. Let me show you the route that I had to take last Saturday to get to the Cold Room (the room where we keep all the bacteria so that they would be inactive).

When I first saw this area, it reminded me of some scenes from movies where zombies would pop up and attack you. Me & my imagination~

Anyway, I really can’t wait to complete my project and get in the mood for the holiday season. Wish me all the best for my last 2 weeks and I’ll see you next week!
