Healthy Body, Healthy Mind (Month of the Mind 2018)

During May 2018 we will be celebrating our third annual Month of the Mind events programme which focuses on raising awareness around mental health and wellbeing.

As part of Month of the Mind, the Department of Sport are offering all staff the opportunity to take part in their ‘Healthy Body, Healthy Mind’ programme which includes a series of activities throughout May, including fitness classes, breakfast clubs and mindfulness classes.

For a full timetable of events, visit Staff Sports. To book on to any of the classes, please call 0115 748 7000 – quoting Month of the Mind and the class name.

Classes are free for UoN sport and fitness members or £2 for non-members. All proceeds will be donated to Mind.
