Student life at the University of Nottingham
As part of a series of videos documenting all aspects of Undergraduate student life at Nottingham, first year Zoology student James Smith created this video – some of the key things a first year could look forward to doing when they come to University.
The video has done really well over the past week, and there’ll be more to come on the Campus Cam blog.
The TWEED Project
We’re big fans of Twitter on the blogs – it’s a useful platform to publicise and draw traffic to interesting blog posts which wouldn’t otherwise be found. The Twitter in Education project was set up to investigate the potential uses of Twitter in Higher Education scenarios. See a summary of how they got on here.
Studying what you love, wherever you are!
Most of our students study what they love with us in Nottingham while at University, but this isn’t always the case. Distance learning isn’t easy by any definition, but Carla pulled it off by studying what she loved. Read Carla’s full story on the blog.
