TimeOutKL award adds to list of accolades for fast food sensation

Alumni from The University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus are hoping 2014 will be as successful as 2013. Their special recipe for fast food Malaysian style has cooked up rack of awards. They’ve added TimeOutKL’s award for Best Western Restaurant 2013 to their growing list of accolades.

MyBurgerLab, in Petaling Jaya, on the outskirts of Kuala Lumpur has generated something of a cult following since it opened on 10 July 2012.

Their post on facebook says: “Reflecting back on the year 2013, we’ve accomplished quite a bit and collected a few accolade from NewMan (Creative Pioneer F&B category Winner), Alliance Bank Malaysia (Top 12 Nominee),Esquire Malaysia (Brilliant Malaysian F&B Winner), and Time Out Kuala Lumpur (Best Western Restaurant 2013).

But they know they couldn’t have done it without their customers: “We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again. Our customers are awesome. Always a pleasure to serve and always so understanding. So, we are awarding you, our own myBurgerLab customers, the Best Customers Award 2013!”
