Academic promotions at Nottingham
Research and Teaching Promotions 2013
Congratulations to more than 100 colleagues at the University who have achieved success in the latest round of research and teaching promotions.
This year, Nottingham gains a total of 27 new professors who have been recognised for excellence in research and teaching.
In addition, 19 members of staff have been promoted to the position of Associate Professor & Reader, and 35 will become Associate Professor.
There are seven promotions to Principal Research Fellow; one each to the positions of Teaching Associate, Stroke Trials International Coordinator, Stroke Trials UK Coordinator, and Chief Experimental Officer; nine promotions to Lecturer; and 14 to Senior Research Fellow.
All promotions are effective from August 1st, 2013.
