P.S Any suggestions as to what Andy might play on his pink bells this evening? We’re getting a bit tired of ‘I like to ride my bicycle’.
Congratulations to all of you. Can’t wait to see what you come up with for next year!
Congratulations on your tremendous achievement and excellent humour. Glad to hear you are safely in Diver. Enjoy the Jacuzzi. David
Warmest congratulations to all. You’ve earned the champagne the hard way.
Incidentally, Cape Nordkinn in Norway and Punta de Tarifa in Spain are the northernmost and southernmost points of Europe – only about 5,000 miles…

Congratulations to the whole team and support!
excellent and very well done
This is wonderful achievement!!!
Fabulous news! Please may we have some follow-up blogs though as there are several mysteries that remain unsolved: what happened to the missing blue socks? Will honking hippo, monkey, pink bell(s) and streamers be afforded a place of honour in the University Museum? Could there be a Top10 quotes compilation? The opportunities are endless.
Whilst I never doubted for a second that you would all complete the task, it is nonetheless a phenomenal achievement. You must have developed tremendous team spirit and I am sure that was what carried you through on the bad days. Take some time to breathe some of the rarified air that belongs only to those who comit to, and realise, a truly worthy cause. Much respect to all of you.
We should have a few hundred quid more to contribute from Bob’s challenge next weekend, so don’t close the books yet.
