New students, tell us what you think
If you joined the University this September as a new undergraduate or postgraduate student, and you haven’t studied here before, we want to hear from you…
You’ve arrived at uni (welcome!) and settled in. You’ve sorted your finances, got your timetable and started meeting people. So far, so good.
We want to know whether you know about the library spaces and services available to you, as a new student to the University of Nottingham.
We also want to know what you think of them. From your first interactions with library staff and our online search catalogue, to finding your way around, we want to know as much as possible about your early library experiences – the good, the bad, and the indifferent.
Survey and prize draw
So we’ve come up with a short survey.
It’s totally anonymous, takes around 5 minutes to complete, and will help us to improve our welcome and induction for new students. At the end you can enter a prize draw for a chance to win one of five £20 Amazon vouchers.
And if you want to help us even more, there’s the option to take part in a further 1 hour focus group next term, for which you’ll receive a £10 Amazon voucher.
Keep in touch
Have questions, issues, comments about anything library related? Ask us anything via our Library Helpline by emailing library-helpline@nottingham.ac.uk or calling 0115 95 16393. If you’re in one of our eight libraries, lookout for our friendly Customer Service Staff (wearing green lanyards) or Student Library Ambassadors (red t-shirts) who will be happy to help.
A great way to keep up with libraries news, announcements, pics and opportunities is via our Twitter account.
