Trial access: People’s Liberation Army Daily database (1949-2016)

Jiefangjun Bao, the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) Daily is the official newspaper of the People’s Republic of China Central Military Commission. First published on 1 January 1956, it acts as the authoritative media of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army to release military news and comprehensive military-related information.

This digital archive, hosted on the East View platform, provides all content in Chinese, exactly as it appears in the published original, and is complete from the first issue in 1956 to 31 December 2016.
