The Ingenuity Lab is open for business!
After 19 months, two lockdowns and an ever-growing schedule of online events, the Ingenuity Lab reopened its doors to its members this week. Over the past year and a half, we’ve successfully run the Lab virtually, with monthly surgeries and online business events generously run by our amazing team of Entrepreneurs in Residence and experienced mentors.
Moving our Roundtable seminar series online allowed us to tap into a whole new network of international speakers, with Lab members and alumni connecting with us from all over the world. We even started our own accelerator programme, Scale, enabling our members to equip themselves with the tools to help grow and scale their businesses.
But on Monday, we were able to return to the Ingenuity Lab itself, bringing back the physical community of likeminded entrepreneurs that makes the Lab so special. As well as hosting a “Welcome Back” lunch, we also launched our new booking system for desk space, in order to manage capacity at the Lab.
We will be open daily between 9am and 5pm, and desk space will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Initially we will be sending out a weekly booking form, so make sure to check your emails and monitor our social media channels at @theingenuitylab if you aren’t already!
Over the next few months, we will look to combine the best of both worlds with our new hybrid working model. For example, while the Lab will be open for work space throughout the week, we’ll still be hosting our events schedule online for the time being.
We look forward to welcoming back familiar faces and new members throughout the autumn semester and into the new year.
Lab Manager Dr Terri Holloway said: “We’re super excited to open our doors once again to all of our members, and are looking forward to a new hybrid model, which allows for more flexible working, while staying connected to the community they enjoy so much!”
Book your desk space for next week via the online booking form.
