School of Politics and International Relations alumni event
The School of Politics held their annual School of Politics and International Relations alumni event at the House of Commons on Thursday 3rd July, hosted by MP Graham Allen, with over 60 attendees present.
The event provided an opportunity for alumni to reconnect with each other, catch up with members of staff, and stay updated about events run by the School. In attendance was UoN Alumni Laureate Award Winner, Councillor Krupesh Hirani who was awarded our Recent Graduate award in 2013.
This year, the event focused on the launch of the School of Politics new Centre for the Study of Political Ideologies (CPI), which is a centre for the interdisciplinary and comparative study of the ways in which ideologies are formed and performed in political practice and lived experience.
This is an annual event, held every summer, so if you are a member of the School of Politics alumni community and wish to find out more about how to attend their event in 2015, please contact the Alumni Relations team at: alumni-enquiries@nottingham.ac.uk
