An exciting opportunity to meet with fellow alumni, academics and the Vice Chancellor; hear the latest on two on-going research subjects and have your say in our Question and Answer sessions.
The Talent on Tour Roadshows are kicking off this year with the Nottingham event on Tuesday 5 February 2013. These are a unique opportunity for alumni to get an update on the progress of the University as well as to take part in a Question and Answer session with the Vice Chancellor and University academics.
Guests will be brought up to date on key areas of research taking place at the University, those attending the Nottingham event can hear from Dr Mark Gillott who will be discussing the Universities progress on Eco-houses and the findings of their research. They can also take the opportunity to hear from Prof Patel who will be discussing the advancements made in Cancer Immunotherapy and the research that is taking place by our team of world-recognised scientists and clinicians.
Taking place in the new Engineering Science Learning Centre which opened in 2011, the evening begins at 6.30pm when guests will have the opportunity to network and catch up over drinks and canapés in the atrium while enjoying this fantastic new facility.
