Self Care for Carers – University of Nottingham Carers Staff Network

There will be a meeting of the Carers’ Staff Network with a  session on  ‘Self Care for Carers’    by Johanna Bramham starting at 13:00  on Wednesday November 21^st  in seminar room A17 of the Psychology Bldg on University Park (Bldg 29 on the UP Map).

The format will roughly follow the timelines of

13:00 Networking tea/coffee/cake

13:20 Self Care talk and eating! (30 mins)

13:50 Discussions

14:00 Q&A for network

14:15-14:30 Close

Anyone should feel free to join or leave the event as their timetable dictates.

Tea/coffee/cake will be provided but please bring your sandwiches along.
