The text on the image is a trading card for Merlin from Walt Disney's The Sword in the Stone, released in 1963. The card identifies Merlin as "the enchanter who helps Wart become King Arthur," and also lists the names "B. Moustique," "C. Madame Mim," and "D. Archimède," likely as other characters featured in the set. "Moustique" is French for mosquito, which is the nickname given to Wart in the French version of the movie.
