Extended short loan borrowing periods
Short loan books borrowed from 11am on Wednesday 21 December 2016 will be due for return by 11am on Tuesday 3 January 2017!
Reservations and recalls
The reservation system will be switched off for undergraduates, taught post-graduates and nursing students on the Thursday 1 December 2016, so if you have books that are not recalled on Friday 2 December you can be sure that you can keep them until after Christmas. On Tuesday 3 January 2017 the recall system is switched back on – so books will be due back around the 10 January 2017.
Studying in your home town
If you’re heading home over the festive period, you can use your nearest academic library to study! By joining the SCONUL scheme at www.sconul.ac.uk you can use the spaces to study and you may even be able to borrow books! Don’t forget that you can connect to the WiFi through eduroam at participating institutions.
Got a question? Tweet us @UoNLibraries , email us at libraryhelpline@nottingham.ac.uk or if you’re in the library ask anyone wearing a green lanyard and they’ll be happy to help!
Thank you fr sharing this! I will spend some times reading on Christmas vacation!
