9th Enquire Conference: Inequalities and Social Research
On 25th of February 2017 postgraduate researchers from various disciplines met at the 9th Enquire conference to discuss inequalities and social research. There were 18 papers and three keynote speeches given on a variety of topics, including for example: precarity and youth, social mobility in Chile, climate change, marginality as a gift, the British monarchy, and online representations of class and gender. All papers however shared a core concern: the way in which inequalities come to shape social life. We have compiled a selection of tweets from throughout the conference in a twitter moment for those who could not make it. Please do also check out #enquireinequalities on twitter for further tweets from the conference.
