Take a virtual trip to our MBA Open Day
If you want to see what our MBA in CSR is all about – and without the potential drudge of a long trip to Nottingham – then we have just the thing for you on 28 February 2015.
Our Virtual Open Day offers the chance to find out more about how the MBA in CSR works and what it entails – without having to move from the warm glow of your computer screen.
Once you’ve signed up, you will be taken through an overview of the programme, a virtual campus tour, and a mini-lecture on topics related to the MBA. Time will also be provided for your questions, and you will have the opportunity to meet current students who are involved in the programme.
The MBA is available both as a full-time or executive programme, and is designed to provide those who take it with the professional competencies expected of managers working in sustainable and responsible business.
The first of its kind, it has developed to include a number of distinctive features, including the use of mentors from professional practice, membership for students of the Institute of Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability, and a tailored management project module linked to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. It also provides excellent opportunities to meet and talk with leading professionals in the field.
The virtual nature of the open day captures the flavour of much of the MBA, which provides various options for study – ideal for those who need to be flexible and work around busy schedules or for those who live well away from the ICCSR’s base.
If you’re interested in attending the open day, which is being coordinated by Paul Caulfield, then you can sign up very easily to one of three sessions – being held at 09:00, 11:30, or 14:00 UK time – by visiting https://doodle.com/5kmd85pwr6zhi8t7
augmented reality, wow this is quite good, i read that facebook is investing a lot in this area, never though it had any useful applications except in the gaming industry, but now i can see that its quite revolutionary with virtual tours that can be applied in education which will improve learning
