Sebastian Barreto Cifuentes
Sebastian Barreto is one of the public procurement editors of the blog. He is a PhD student at the University of Nottingham, and a member of the Public Procurement Research Group. He has a law degree from the Externado University of Colombia (First) and a Master of laws (distinction) from the University of Nottingham. He was assistant-researcher and teacher-researcher at the Administrative Law Department at the Externado University of Colombia. In private practice, he was part of two boutique law firms as associate, where he was involved in advising public authorities and contractors in public procurement processes as well as in domestic litigation and arbitration.
