MyNottingham Demo
MyNottingham is the access point to the new software solutions delivered by Project Transform. It will be used by applicants and staff (GoLive 2) and also by students (GoLive 3). Interfacing with Campus Solutions, Campus CRM and eDocs, it provides a user-friendly experience.
This short video offers some insight into the design and functionality of MyNottingham. The demo is from an applicant’s perspective, but provides a good feel for how the portal will look and the kinds of things that it can be used to do. Watch the video below.

Please note that MyNottingham is a personalised portal and will therefore look slightly different for each user depending on their needs. For GoLive 2, staff will see a simplified version of the main screen, but by logging in through MyNottingham, all of the systems they need for their work will be brought together and available through personalised menus. Hi Chris,
Sorry that this video is inaccessible to you in its current state. We try to add subtitles to as many of our videos as possible to make them accessible, but unfortunately it takes some time to transcribe them. This means there is often a delay between the video being published and the subtitles being added.
The MyNottingham Demo video is currently in the process of being transcribed, so we’ll add these as soon as we can.
We’re hoping to look into ways to help speed this process up.

Hi, thanks for your response, it’s not just me it is inaccessible to but an estimated 1 in 7 people will have difficulty – apply that to our staff numbers and you’re looking at another 999 just like me, many will not speak up. Please tell me where the subtitled or transcribed videos are, none of the project transform ones appear to be. Hopefully this will be considered in the Equality Impact Assessment.

Thank you for this question. We are currently finalising what will appear in MyNottingham for GL3, but it is likely that this link will be part of the funding section of MyNottingham so that applicants and students can have access to relevant information at appropriate times. We will share details of the student MyNottingham view as soon as they are available.
