Want to give Parkour a go?

13 March 2018 (15:30-16:30)

David Ross Sports Centre

Parkour (Freerunning) is a non-competitive physical discipline of training to move freely over and through any terrain using running, jumping, climbing and quadrupedal movement.

The sport aims to build confidence, creativity, self-discipline and self-reliance, and improve one’s health and wellbeing. It encourages humility, respect for others and for one’s environment, self-expression, community spirit, and the importance of play, discovery and safety at all times.

This FREE session is open to both staff and students and will give you an introduction to the basics of Parkour and the opportunity to ‘give it a go’.

Interested? To book a place email daniella.dutton@nottingham.ac.uk (Department of Sport) but please note spaces are limited and will be given out on a first come first served basis so don’t wait too long.
