Professor Dominic Foo is a Thomson Reuters Highly-Cited Author

Professor Ir Dr Dominic C. Y. Foo was announced by Thomson Reuters as the Highly-Cited Author for his paper entitled “State-of-the-art Review of Pinch Analysis Techniques for Water Network Synthesis”.  The paper has a total citation of 117 based on 10 years record in Web of Science, i.e. between 1 January 2003 to 31 October 2013.

Professor Dominic Foo was the sole author of the paper, who did a critical review for various water pinch analysis techniques reported since the establishment of the technology in 1994.  The review paper received very good attention in the research community as well as industrial practitioners, and has been cited in most papers of water pinch analysis published thereafter.
