Capacity building with Indonesia
The University of Nottingham took part in the Department of International Trade (Jakarta) CAPACITY BUILDING FOR INDONESIA THROUGH CONTINOUS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT event recently. The event was hosted by Her Majesty’s Ambassador to Indonesia, Moazzam Malik and senior representatives from the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower.
The University was able to share its success stories collaborating with the Indonesian Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education (RISTEKDIKTI) on innovative continuing professional development programs such as Knowledge Exchange Masterclass; Magnetic Resonance Imaging short course; and Science Communication Training. We have ambitious plans for future professional development programs and research collaborations across Medicine and Food under the auspices of the Indonesia Doctoral Training Partnership.
As part of a broad range of Indonesia engagements, we welcomed Ibu Fera Pratiwi, who will be teaching Bahasa Indonesian at the University for the next 6 months. We are delighted to welcome her to the University.
